What to expect from the Executive Development Program?

This is a unique program designed for any Business Executive who aspires to be an effective leader, capable of making a change in his/her business environment. The program is of great help & benefit to GMs, VPs, HODs, Senior Executives from any industry and young members in their family businesses besides seasoned CXOs, Directors, Partners, Owners from any Industry and Startup aspirants. Session 1 (Understanding Leadership): It is extremely important to understand what leadership is and how leaders differ from managers. This session will also introduce you to the qualities of leadership and a quick check on your leadership capabilities. It will also introduce you to various leadership functions which will help you assess your own present inadequacies. It will also introduce you to the popular traits of leadership.

Session 2 (Leading with Emotional Intelligence - EI): This session will open up your thinking to the importance of Emotional Intelligence to your leadership success as more and more leaders are recognising the connection between successful outcomes and the impact of their own patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving have on people and situations around them. This session will help you understand this important aspect of “Before you lead outwards, you need to look inwards.”
